User Eligibility & Account Requirements

Fees, Payments & Billing

•Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account access.

Limitation of Liability

•SAIL Lab's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

•We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages or technical issues.
•Trading losses resulting from AI recommendations or platform use are solely your responsibility.

Account Termination

•You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
•We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or suspicious activity.
•Upon termination, you lose access to all platform features and any remaining subscription benefits.
•We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.
•Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
•Certain provisions of these terms survive termination, including intellectual property and liability clauses.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware or through Delaware state courts.
